There is as well a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living room. And if that’s not enough, it as well has its own personal entrance This ground floor apartment is individually located in the old fishermen quarters of Barcelona and was renewed in 2002. Barceloneta offers you the best fish/shellfish restaurants in Barcelona and is only 10 few minutes away from the Gothic quarters. The beach / sea is just round the corner and the Las Ramblas is 20 few minutes walk away. We highly recommend that you explore this magic part of Barcelona We speak English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch. There is a refundable security deposit of €150 payable in cash upon arrival. This sum will will be returned to you at the time of your departure, when you hand over the keys (once there are no damages done to the apartment or to its contents).
